Demander Operation Manual.

Introduction

Demander is shipped a installable package on a CD-ROM or by download. Prior to it's usage, it must be installed and setup for your requirements. Following steps are required:

Run setup.exe of the Demander package or insert the CD-ROM into your drive and it will automatically start.
Go through the installation process as guided by the setup.
Start Demander and select page 'Settings/License', read terms of conditions and enter your license code.
Select page 'Setting/Properties' and click button 'Select a Database or create a Database'.
Install or select the modem you will use with Demander.
Select page 'Connection' and configure a connection for use with Demander.
Select page 'Databases/Device' and enter the device from which you wish to download data.
Download your first device by manually starting the job.
Select page 'Scheduler' and start it for automated download data from your devices.
